Effective from: January 1, 2026
These terms apply to the waste removal services provided by Atkritumu Izvešana Rīgā. By ordering the service, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
The service can be ordered by filling out the contact form on our website. After filling out the form, our specialist will contact the client within 5 minutes to agree on the price and time.
The price is agreed before the work starts. The price depends on the waste volume, type, floor, elevator availability and dismantling needs. Payment is made after the service is provided.
The client ensures access to the waste. The client provides true information about the waste type and volume. If the waste volume or type differs significantly from what was stated, the price may be recalculated.
We carry out the waste removal at the agreed time. We help with carrying and dismantling, if this has been agreed. We ensure the proper disposal or transfer of the waste.
We are not liable for damage to items owned by the client that results from incorrect information. The client is responsible for ensuring that the items to be removed are their property or that the owner's permission for their removal has been obtained.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.
These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if this is not possible — in Latvian courts.
